Inabler was founded in March 2001 as a spin-off from Intelligent Applications, a company that develops IN and other telecom applications. Inabler’s management bought the company from Intelligent Applications in 2002.
In order to remain independent, the new owners decided to run the company without any venture capital. This was a long-term decision, but in short terms it resulted in a weak financial situation. This situation was quickly overcome by running the company in an extremely cost efficient way. The financials improved drastically during 2003 and 2004 as new customers came along and existing customers expanded their business. Inabler has been profitable since 2003. The entire profit is invested in more platform capacity to meet the rapidly increasing traffic volume and also in even better service reliability.
Inabler is a very stable company in financial terms. Mainly because our economy is based on long-term revenues from customers only. Inabler does not depend on external funding from investors.
Inabler is owned by twelve private persons, who all have a close connection to the company; employees with families and owners of suppliers.
The management team owns 81% of Inabler. This team consists of:
